ROSLYN, N.Y., Oct. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers ("PRI"), the second largest admitted medical malpractice insurer in New York State, today announced it is has become a Corporate Member of the Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine (SIDM). SIDM is a nonprofit organization devoted to addressing the problem of diagnostic error and improving the accuracy and timeliness of diagnosis. Through education, research, practice improvement and patient engagement, SIDM works to make improving diagnoses a priority for healthcare professionals around the world.
