DENVER, Oct. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Grane Rx announces a significant expansion in the form of a new pharmacy to meet the growing needs of PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organizations and other special need populations throughout the central and western United States. The new Grane Rx pharmacy is located in Denver, in response to the growing demand for PACE pharmacy services.

PACE is an innovative model of care benefiting older individuals (55 and older) who are nursing home eligible but want to remain at home. The program provides an integrated approach to health care by providing coordinated high-quality, personalized care for all participants.
