STRASBOURG, France, Sept. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Infinitus makes another stride in the research and development of health products with the official signing of the Hoffmann Infinitus Program on September 15, 2017. This long term program between Infinitus (China) Company Ltd. and the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), the largest fundamental research organization in Europe, will enable Infinitus to enlist the scientific expertise of Professor Jules A. Hoffmann and his team for research into further improving product efficacy and enhancing the understanding of the aging process within the body.

The signing ceremony was hosted by the CNRS at the University of Strasbourg, and Professor Michel Mortier, Chief Technology Transfer Officer of CNRS, and Mr. Lam Yu, Senior Vice President of LKK Health Products Group, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Infinitus (China) Company Ltd., were at the signing table. Key dignitaries from the city of Strasbourg, the President of University of Strasbourg, Professor Hoffmann, and his research team were in attendance to witness the signing.

Professor Hoffmann, the 2011 Nobel Laureate for Physiology or Medicine, has been appointed the scientific advisor for Infinitus since this March, engaging in long term research projects into traditional Chinese medicine. After coming to an understanding, both parties have agreed to further the collaboration with an international joint venture that will benefit both the scientific community and the public. Professor Hoffmann has remarked that this opportunity provides a "goldmine" of knowledge into Traditional Chinese Medicine and their effects on the immune system.

The Hoffmann Infinitus Program is another milestone for the cooperation between Infinitus and authoritative scientific institutions. Research will include the benefits of polysaccharides in "Qi" maintenance, improving gastrointestinal immunity and natural anti-aging methods. The results of these researches will be applied to both new and existing Infinitus products. Mr. Lam Yu has remarked that this research will be vital to unlocking the full potential of traditional Chinese medicine, and hopes the results of the research will be beneficial to improving public health.
