Analytical Biochemical Laboratory (ABL) is a central laboratory for the pharmaceutical industry (both innovative and generic), including veterinary and animal health companies. It is specialized in the analysis of endogenous (biomarkers) and exogenous (drugs) compounds in biological matrices derived from humans and animals. Besides quantitative analyses, ABL also performs qualitative, semi-quantitative metabolism studies. Another service ABL provides, is the organization of multicentre studies, in which it acts as central laboratory for both esoteric- and safety analysis.
